Cancellation Policy
At GardenHunt, we strive to process orders efficiently. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please review the following policy:
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return/refund under our Refund Policy.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders can be canceled before dispatch. No refund is needed since no payment was made in advance.
4. Modification of Orders
- If you need to change the delivery address or modify your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After the order is dispatched, modifications are not possible.
5. Failed or Rejected Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to non-acceptance by the customer, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs.
6. Exceptional Cases for Cancellations
- GardenHunt reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or fraudulent transactions.
- If we cancel an order from our end, a full refund will be issued immediately.
