We dispatch the order within 3 business days. Based on your location, the courier services take 3-5 days in delivering the parcel from the time of order dispatch.

Yes, You can come collect seeds directly from us. We don’t have any outlet store, so before you come to collect, Please order seeds with us. We will make your order packed and handover to you directly.

We currently ship within India only. Shipping seeds outside India require an application for the export permit and can be facilitated on demand for bulk orders.

Our seeds are tested for germination and purity levels and stored in a regulated facility. They are packaged once they meet all criteria of quality assurance as per Government of India.

The delivery address can only be modified within 1 working day, before the order is shipped and not at a later stage.

Request for cancellation of confirmed express order should be made within 12 hours of placing the Orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. Hence it becomes challenging for us to cancel them. In case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those Products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business Days.

For the refunds made, customers are provided with a Unique reference Id which they can refer to ,if they have some issues with the rebate.

We have 14 days return policy at Ugaoo.com. If a wrong/defective product is delivered, then you are requested to send us a photo of the damaged/defective/Wrong Product within 14 days after delivery of your order and we would replace your product. In some cases where you are not satisfied with the quality, you are required to send the Product back to us at your expense, and inform us for the same by an email at care@gardenhunt.com or call at +91-9092451555 and we will communicate you the return process accordingly.

For most of our seed varieties, the expiry date is 6 months from the date of packing.
 
Once the seed packet is opened, they can be stored in an airtight container or sown immediately. You can also refer to the details mentioned on the back of the seed pack.

No, we operate only via our online store. GardenHunt does not have a physical store for sale and purchase purposes.
