1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • A valid order ID and proof of purchase are required for processing refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used seed packets.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Gift cards, digital products, and clearance sale items.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email care@gardenhunt.com with:
    • Your order ID
    • Reason for the refund
    • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect item received)
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) – Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Refund will be processed via bank transfer (Bank details will be required).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or card statement.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
